Thank you for your interest in scheduling an appointment. If you are interested in cosmetic or reconstructive facial surgery please schedule with Dr. Holcomb. Dr. Holcomb routinely performs comprehensive facial rejuvenation procedures such as browlift, eyelid lift, face and neck lift. Many patients elect to undergo multiple procedures at one time. Be sure to ask one of our nurses, about her experience. She underwent lower eyelid lift with tear trough implants, face and neck lift, lip augmentation, and rhinoplasty.
If you are interested in any of the procedures available through the Aesthetic Light and Laser Center please schedule with Kim Daily, PA-C. Please note that Dr. Holcomb established protocols designed for your safety for all procedures available through the Aesthetic Light and Laser Center and that Dr. Holcomb performs the more advanced facial skin resurfacing procedures such as deep laser skin resurfacing and the Portrait® Skin Regeneration Procedure.
If you are in need of advice in the area of skin care, please schedule a consultation with our skin care expert Jill Fisher, LME, CME. She is a Licensed Medical Esthetician and a Certified Medical Electrologist and also provides laser hair removal and photorejuvenation services through the Aesthetic Light and Laser Center.
The consultation is your opportunity to candidly discuss your concern(s). We will do our best to give you a range of treatment options (if applicable) so that you can make an informed decision about your care. We anticipate your cooperation in providing accurate health history information and in advising us of routine and emergency contact instructions that enable us to attend to your safety and privacy. For billing and identification purposes we also need a copy of your valid driver's license and health insurance information (if applicable).
We will do our best to see you within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time. You can facilitate this by having your paperwork filled out prior to your arrival - just download and print the forms necessary for your visit with Dr. Holcomb, Kim Daily, PA-C or Jill Fisher, LME, CME.
We will need to take a series of photographs to facilitate evaluation and development of a safe and effective treatment plan for your area(s) of concern. Digital photo-imaging may be used as a tool to help simulate the anticipated results of your treatment plan.
Our staff will then provide you with a written quote, explain our comfortable payment plans and discuss scheduling options with you.
Every effort has been made to ensure your comfort and safety during evaluation and treatment in our elegantly appointed, state-of-the-art facility. Our ambulatory surgical facility is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (http://www.aaahc.org).
